Hey Matthew, I'm really sorry for the delay and apologies for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, we cannot be on top of every parcel once we hand it over to the couriers and are often only notified about issues if it comes from the customer and not the actual shipping service. We have started an inquiry with the shipping company and will touch base via email with updates. We will be in touch soon, please let us know if it shows up in the meantime and we can close the investigation.

“It’s not suitable for the round poles in a grow tent and after only a week the clip spring stretched. Fan works really well, the clip is it down fall.”

Hi Francis, I'm sorry it doesn't work for you! I believe this is a manufacturing fault as we've sold hundreds with strong and grippy clips. Did your second fan work ok? Please contact us for a replacement and chat about them. Happy growing, Chris
