“Pots are ok handles rip of very easily and took a long time to arrive”

Hi Wade, sorry to hear you're not pleased with the product. Can you send us pictures of the pot and the handles, and the growing media / soil inside? It is not common for the handles to rip off unless the pots are very old, damaged, or the weight is really heavy. As with the shipping - most of our orders are delivered within a couple days to customers, however sometimes there are issues with couriers that cause delays. I apologise you had to experience a delay for your order, and we are keen to show you how fast our delivery usually is if you choose to order with us again. Regards, Chris
