Hi Klaus, usually having no insects on the sticky trap is a huge win: you don't have bugs! However if you did have a problem with bugs get in touch on email or phone and we'll troubleshoot. Happy gardening, Chris

“I have purchased the Sticky traps to eradicate annoying gnats flies. The traps worked well and majority of flies were dead within a few days. I would recommend this product. Easy to use and works well.”
