“I purchased two separate ones on two different occasions. Overall they are good except they both had an issue with the screws not quite lining up with the tubs. Both lacked enough potting medium - there is really only enough for 3 maybe 3/12 of the 5 tubs so you will have to buy more vermiculite/perlite. The 2nd one I received had mostly fine dust of vermiculite that turned to mud and clogged the system, I lost some of my plants and had to throw away most of the media. Needs more and better growing media to truly be a complete kit.”

Hi Cyan, I really appreciate your feedback. The media has been hard to source this year and the quality and volume dropped too. We will be receiving a fresh batch January 2021 and will be checking it closely. We will continue to make sure at least 50L is provided to 60% fill the wall garden planters - this is enough for the plants and also prevents overflow over the front of the planters. “Love it! I do not have a garden, just a veranda and the automatic wall garden is the perfect product for small spaces. It’s so much easier than growing plants using soil, the automatic system take care of itself and requires nearly no maintenance.”

“The system was easy to install on a timber fence and so far it is working well. Time will tell as I have only had my seedlings in for a few days now. The only adjustment I did from the instructions was to add one packet per 10 litres of water instead of just adding one packet. The reservoir is 50 litres full so I filled it up with about 40 litres so that it didn’t overflow. Next step is to get some good nutrients for the future. Very happy with the system and service to date.”

“I was really impressed with the quality of the items in the package. The only feedback I can give on improvement is to make the corner connecting pieces of the frame just that tiny little bit smaller to make it easier to assemble. I realise that they need to be tight to maximise strength, but banging the pieces together only strips some of the surface off the connectors anyway. Otherwise, great product!”
