Hey Robert, We do our best to dispatch things from our warehouse but unfortunately once we hand the package over to the freight provider we do not have control over the package. From my investigation I can see you placed your order on Saturday 31st and we dispatched it on Monday 2nd with our first available post pick up during business hours. From the tracking number I can see the ETA is this Friday the 6th so it should not be over a week as you said provided there are no delays on the couriers side of things. We are happy to start an enquiry on your behalf to follow it up with the courier but unfortunately we have observed delays across majority of freight providers around the country dye to the high number of packages needing to be processed with lower staffing due to COVID. We hope you can understand we want our customers to receive their packages as fast as possible but we cannot control this beyond dispatching it in a timely manner from our warehouse and doing any further follow up for package delays or issues on our customers behalf.
