Hi, your issue is ours too, and I'm very sorry to hear it didn't work for you. We have had hundreds of happy customers who have used it, but once the problem gets out of hand it can be really hard to fix. Also, spraying under all the leaves can make the problem difficult. Can you call us to discuss your situation and what happened? Here is a basic commercial style video rom the manufacturer on how to use the spray on a larger scale. “Good for not only mites and gnats but controls all sorts of other insects including a termite infestation i had on an outdoor log planter. Good all round safe for kids and other animals as its all natural, and the aerosol is better than a spray for getting small spots”
