Thank you so much for your feedback, Andrew! We contacted you via email to offer a refund or replacement but unfortunately, you had already disposed of the item. Our refund policy mentions that we do require any damaged goods to be returned to us to be eligible for a refund or replacement. We understand that sometimes an item may get damaged in transit and we will always try our best to rectify any issues our customers are experiencing.
