“lasts about 2 days absolute waste of money do not buy!! this stuff is made by hydrogarden in the uk, have tried all 3 and same result each time i will buy the real ONA made by odourchem their blocks last weeks and are way stronger same with the gels and they do a liquid concentrate have used them in the past can get ONA from the uk, usa, canada same as this similar price and better, just my honest opinon”

We have launched an investigation regarding the origins of the product with our supplier, we are uncertain if there has been manufacturing, labelling, or supply chain changes however we are currently investigating further. Hi Jon, You are completely right. We have had this look-a-like Ona slipped into our supplier from our Australian Distributor. They are closed right now but i will be calling tomorrow to find out what is going on. On the 5 Ona product lines we have in stock (2 gel, 3 blocks), only 2 of the blocks are actually Ona, the others are HydroGarden. Thank you so much for the valuable feedback, I will look into a full refund for you and get the proper products back in stock. Happy growing. Chris

Hi Jon, Over the weekend we have had this reply from Hydrogarden in the UK - it turns out they are the owner and supplier of the Ona brand - please read below and send us a pictures of your product if you are able to? _____________________________________________________________ Thank you for your email and for raising your customer’s concern. Please can you reassure [the customer] that the Odour Neutralising gel and blocks we supply have not changed in any way. I personally handle the formulation and production of these products and they are regularly fully tested on their performance. The products are exactly the same great products that we have been supplying for years, we have ONLY updated the logo on the labels as part of a rebranding exercise and nothing at all has changed with the actual product itself. Both the new and older label versions state that the product is a HydroGarden owned brand. Sorry to hear that [the customer] had a gel that performed poorly, please ask him to send me some pictures of the product and I will be more than happy to investigate this. ____________________________________________________________ All the best, Chris
