“This is a review of the item, not Aquapet who are very good. I have had to give this one star as it was not clear that the plastic outer sleeve should not be used, in trying to remove the old one messed up the pump body. All it needed was a note included in the box - this would be down to Oase, not Aquapet. Stupidity on my part possibly. Have dealt with Aquapet about the return and they were very good.”
