“The bands are well made and seem durable, I've only used them twice and must say the training guide has certainly left me feeling the burn! I only reduced by one star as there was a page missing from my guide so I had to keep looking up some of the exercises - I should probably just progress to doing everything online so maybe it's the pus I need.
