“These bands are a must have. They come in 3 different strengths so can be used by anyone from beginner to advanced. I use the rubber type bands at the gym. They are hard to get in place and always rolling. Not these. Ordering was simple and delivery was fast. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to tone and build those glutes!!”
