Hi Jan, if you are using the booty bands, then you can do seated abductions using a chair or stability ball. Most of the seated workouts in our program are done using body bands rather than booty bands. To view these, if you haven't already, check out our app free trial.
You can always check out a physio for different variations you can do sitting or do a search for seated glute exercises. I hope this was helpful.
