The long bands are great for persons of any height, whether you are 5 ft or 6 feet tall; they are basically for everyone. You can adjust the length of the portion of the band you are working with by changing the placement of your hands along the band. For example, if you are shorter, you can place your hands lower down the band to shorten the portion you are working with. Additionally, if you want to make the length shorter at the top, you can do so by spreading your legs wider so that a larger portion of the band is under your feet.
