“The product is great--customer service is not. I ordered a set for a client and the plastic case that they come in was filthy dirty with something on it that I could not clean off. It wasn't the shipping company because the cardboard box it came it was spotless. I thought the company should know in terms of quality assurance so I contacted them, but no one cared enough to respond back. That left a bad taste in my mouth. I've referred many clients directly to you in the past, but...no more. There are other products/companies like this out there.”
