“These cards are brilliant. I am an Arena Strength App user which I LOVE, but I bought these cards to use as well, as I am not always in a situation where I have good internet access. So I can easily just pack up the cards I want to use (may be individual exercises or I may choose a routine one), and pack the bands required and then I can do my exercises when I am staying in an area of weak or no internet. These cards are made of great quality material, and very convenient IMO. I am glad to be able to add them into my Arena Strength tool kit.”
