My husband and I really enjoy using the Arena Bands every morning. We know that strength training is an important for staying as fit as possible through the aging process. In our mid seventies we have found these bands much easier to use than the wide 'rubber' bands available through our insurance plan. Next we will be ordering the short bands now that we have the long bands.

Love these bands. I am a Phys Ed teacher and have seen and tried all of the different pieces of fitness equipment over the years. These ASB bands are versatile, comfortable, can be used for all body parts and different strength levels, work when they get wet (and dry quickly), are easily packed to take on a trip and take up little room at home! They are an integral part of my workout regimen now and I have no need for the multiple, heavy hand weights that take up a lot of room in the basement.

I had a total knee replacement and found moving my surgical leg was very difficult. These bands gave me the reach and strength to not only move my leg from one position to another but to also stretch the muscles to regain flexibility! I’m sure I will use them more after recovery.

I'm truly lacking upper body strength, the bands give me the exact amount of resistance that I need to gain muscle. Easy to use and very effective. Thanks

I've only had them a short time, but so far I love them! I suffer for a degenerative bone disease in my lower joints, so finding exercise that I can do without a lot of pain is difficult. These seem to be the answer to my problems! I'd love to see some modifications for some of the floor exercises, abs the bootie exercises too!
