“These bands are professionally manufactured. Sturdy material that exceeds most of what the physical therapy office provides. The only concern I have is that I am tall, 5 ft 10 inches and have struggled to get to complete some of the stretches that would probably be more adaptable to someone 5 ft 5 in tall who has an advantage using the same band. I will continue the exercise routine but really have to strain because of my long legs and height.”
