“I received my hands a week ago, after deciding I REALLY needed to go about my lack of exercise thanks to Covid.
I've used them every day, in between meetings, thanks to the fact that I can do 10 min burst or just work my way through the handy little booklet.
I started the first day using the grey band but the second moved to the pink.
The YouTube videos moved a little bit quickly, in that they give you no time to get in the correct position before the countdown starts but you hv a pause button so no big deal.
All in all,very happy with the bands, I just need to get more hardcore with them”
