“I go to the gym 4 - 6 days a week, so I was worried these bands wouldn't be strong enough, but I was wrong!! These bands are a great alternative to going to the gym - especially after a long day at work when I can't get there before it closes. The member's area online has lots of exercise demonstrations and the Facebook group has different routines to target different areas. I can get a serious workout with these bands, without leaving the house!! (It's also great on the weekends when I have to look after the kids!).”
“My rubber versions of these are so difficult to use - the easy one is so thin in digs in, and the tough one is so wide I can't hold it properly. These body bands are all the same width!!!! This means I can do all exercises with all of them (if that makes sense!).
This means I can comfortably do tricep extensions with the easy one and deadlifts with the tough one.
