“I do like this app, I feel it keeps me motivated. The only thing I would change about this app is, Have a section for Beginners, Intermediate and workout pro. I feel it would help balance the app better. I would also have a section in the app for bonus workouts to keep things changed up. I do like that you added knee friendly workouts as well.”

I love the monthly challenges and that the instructions for each exercise aren’t static images but short video clips someone demonstrating the exercise. The follow along videos are fun too and provide a challenge. I love that the exercise library has so much variety! I had no idea there was so much I could do with my bands! It’s perfect!”
