“I found it very poor because I had sent messages asking how do I get my exercise onto my Apple watch. Then I listed out all the Apple activities and asked which one of these type of exercise would come under for example mixed cardio, pilates, tradition strength training, core exercises, functional strength training, mixed cardio, traditional strength, yoga. I have not heard from any one, had lots of advertisement. So until I know how to count my exercise against my Apple activity I have to do other exercise example run, bike, walk. So I am very disappointed and will seen them back soon.”

Our app is packed full of great features such as 20 + follow alongs in the videos section, divided 30 day programs to help you target specific areas (upper body, core and booty/legs) and an exercise directory which allows you to create your own routines through the favourites function.
Our team is on hand in our Facebook community to answer any questions you may have about the programs and the function of the app too.
