“I love the Arena bands so much that I have bought them for other people. I do not like the monthly plan and two of us will be cancelling it this week. It is not laptop/desktop friendly and the phone app is very poorly designed. I do think people should buy the bands though!”

We are sorry you felt this way about the app. Our app is packed full of great features such as 20 + follow-alongs in the videos section, divided 30-day programs to help you target specific areas (upper body, core and booty/legs) and an exercise directory that allows you to create your own routines through the favourites function.

“Great plan. Bands are brilliant I now use body and botty bands. Would have given the plan and app five stars but my one criticism is that on the guided videos the counts for reps are too fast. Meaning either bad technique or less reps done better. Slow down!! Other than that all excellent!”
“I NEVER GOT TO USE MY 14 DAY TRIAL. I AM ACCT 228475 IT IS TYING INTO ACCT 86872 WHICH WAS CANCELLED FOR NON PAYMENT. EVERY MONTH YOU ARE TAKING RENEWAL OUT FOR 228475 BUT I CANNOT LOG IN BECAUSE IT KEEPS GONG BACK TO ACCT 86872. I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAIL WITH NO RESPONSE BACK. CAN SOMEONE CONTACT ME TO FIX THIS SO I CAN LOG IN AND BEGIN WORKOUTS.”
