“I like the general style of the jumpsuit and it’s been popping up on my feed for a while. The photos are a little misleading as they make it appear that the jumpsuit fits a range of body shapes. I did not see any size options. The jumpsuit is cute, but extremely tight around the waist. I am probably going to keep it because it’s hard to find something like this that is backless, but in my opinion there is NO WAY the quality of the garment could be worth almost $200. It makes me feel like maybe I got scammed honestly. Im pretty disappointed in what I received for a very high price point.”
“Beyond disappointing. I was SO looking forward to the cute jumpsuit, but what arrived was thin and cheap and unflattering, definitely not worth the $139 (and that was the sale price!). At first, customer service seemed great, they sent me a return label, and I returned my unworn piece. But then the refund never arrived. When I wrote customer service they told me I had requested a store credit, which is absolutely untrue, and even if it were true, they had not issued me one, so I'm 100% sure it was a ploy to keep my money. When I clarified that I wanted a refund, no one ever responded to me. I have initiated a PayPal dispute. So sad about the whole situation, and I had even placed a second order, which I am now regretting. So disappointed with my experience. :(”
“I really wanted to love this company
I really wanted to love this company! The idea of the Aria Jumpsuit was amazing! I thought, if it fits a size 0-14, it will fit both my daughter, size 1-2, and myself, size 8-10 and we could share. That made the high price totally worth it! I also thought that since my weight fluctuates, I could gain or lose and still fit my clothes. It didn’t work out that way. I’m giving 2/5 stars because I purchased 5 jumpsuits (and I wanted 4-5 more in different colors) but only two fit the way they were advertised. The 3 others were sewn so tight that the the seams ripped when I pulled them up over my hips. I attempted contacting Customer service to do an exchange and their response to me was that they could exchange but the ones they sent would be the same problem and to simply just let it squeeze my curves and the jumpsuit will stretch. (They also didn’t respond fully by offering me a return label.) They looked terrible on my body, squeezing me in all the wrong places and accentuating my fat deposits on my belly and hips, and there is no way tight threads stretch, especially when they ripped the first time I tried on the jumpsuits. I sent in Pictures of me in each jumpsuit and even a video showing the different measurements of each jumpsuit and how little or how much they stretch and there is zero response. The two jumpsuits that do fit are amazing! I do love them and I’m so confused about why I couldn’t receive replacements that have the same measurements as the two that fit well. Also confused about why they have different measurements but don’t market them as different sizes. A “one size fits all 0-14” that doesn’t fit a size 8-10 will not fit a size 14. A size 0-5/6 could mostly likely fit and any of the jumpsuits I received. I just wish there product was congruent and that their customer service was better so I could feel good about spending more money with this business. (Because CRAZY me!, I still want more jumpsuits in all the colors of my color pallet. I just want them all the fit they way they are advertised....like magic..) They took zero personal responsibility for the quality and integrity of the product sent out and are very slow to respond. One other thing I will share is that, thought the 2 jumpsuits that fit me well are comfortable and well made, the fabric pills. I have thighs that rub when I walk and after just one wear the fabric is wearing and there are little fabric balls in the inner thigh area. Just something to be aware of if you have some thickness. These are amazing for size 0-6, but if you’re size 8 and up and have any fat on your body I would be weary about purchasing because the product standards and quality is iffy. I hate writing a negative review but, two weeks later, am still waiting for resolution and keep getting emails to review my purchases and experience so I chose to share honestly.”
“I’ve bought three necklaces. All are beautiful but the chains are plated and they discolor almost immediately. It makes them look cheap and while I know this is not heirloom jewelry, it shouldn’t be such an instant issue. I would order more jewelry from y’all if this hadn’t happened. I’m especially leery of the bracelets as I know they will wear much more quickly.
I have also ordered two of the jumpers. I love them. Wish you would bring back the original colors like teal and wine!”
