“First I will their prices were some of the best I found on the Internet. Very fast shipping very thing happened as it should. But hope you never have a dispute with your shipment. I had a friend that ordered from them and upon delivery of the shipment he opened his package and instead of bullets he received soybean. He put a call in to one of the owners and after meeting the their burden of proof he was basically called a liar and he was just trying to take advantage of the company so instead of really trying to get to the bottom of the matter he was called a criminal and they threatend to get the Feds involved. My friend contacted the local authorities about the package cause he didn't do anything wrong. Come to find out upon further investigation when the shipment left their place it weight the correct weight but when I got to him it weighed a pound proving that my friend had nothing to do with the messed up shipment when he was labeled a criminal. He talk to the other owner who was very respectful and apologized for his partens behavior but the damage was done and my friend just wanted his money back. Do I believe this was a isolated incident,yes but I know if I have something wrong with my shipment I don't want to be called a criminal before everything is looking into. And even though my experience was positive I don't want to ever do business where a company who treats their paying customers like that so I will be taking my money else where.”
