The bullets ended up being over sold by 1000 so they could only ship 2k but the customer service and follow upto make me aware of that issue was fast, personal and professional. The credit to my account for the extra projectiles i had been billed for was deposited promptly as well despite mentally preparing myself to have those funds frozen for several weeks, it was merely a few days.
