“Nothing wrong with barrel however the port size was over gassed for a carbine gas system. That has been my experience so far with BA .308 barrels. I didnt want to use an adjustable gas block so I purchased a Black River Tactical gas tube that was ported properly (expensive fix) and the over gassing has been fixed.”
“Excellent barrel for the money. Unlike some who buy this stuff and give it a good review without even firing one round through it. I have put over 200 rounds of factory and hand loads through this barrel and it's pretty much a laser beam. I use an adjustable gas block and would suggest using one as well with this barrel as BA slightly over-gassed it to ensure function IMO. This is my 3rd BA barrel.”
