“I recently purchased 1000 rounds of once fired brass. The purchase made it here just fine, thank you Monmouth! Since this was my first rodeo (so to speak) with once fired military brass I was not exactly sure what I would encounter. I bent two decapper/expander rods on berdan primed pieces (total of 4). I now know to inspect odd headstamps. An easy and inexpensive lesson. Out of the 1000 pieces, I found 4 berdan primed pieces and wound up having around 56 pieces that I could not resize and gauge properly. I figured I would get some pieces that would not gauge properly, just didn't realize it might be as high as 5%. Overall, I'm not displeased with the order. It was a good learning experience and would probably do so again.”
