I inspected and sorted the cases and discarded only 4. the entire rest of the batch was relatively clean and in very good condition. my order was about 50:50 small vs larger primer. “I placed an order with Monmouth Reloading as they had the best price for once fired .45 ACP I found. The ordering was painless and even with the volume I ordered, it shipped within 2 days of my order.
I received the package within the week and it had not been tampered with. I didn't get to sorting and counting until a week after the brass arrived. I started my count and noticed two .40 S&W had gotten in with the first 250 count. I expected that to be normal and set them aside. Going through my first 1000, I found 13 more .40 S&W. Some were encapsulated between two .45 brass or entrenched in a single .45 brass.
I called Monmouth, mainly to let them know there was a bit of .40 S&W in my order. I called and spoke with James. James is what I would expect any customer service representative to be if I needed to call again. He was empathetic to my concern, he holds his company to excellent standards and works with a customer to solve their concerns or issues with either the product or the company's services.
I was impressed by the attitude and enthusiasm of James that I will stick with Monmouth Reloading for my future orders. I have not found a better price on bulk brass yet and when bullets are available, it's a better deal even more.

“Just got my hands on my brass today. Ordered 1,000 9mm and 500 45acp. I asked for it to all come dirty, and the 9mm is dirty as I expected, but the 45acp brass is so clean that I don't even need to tumble or clean it.

“On Monday I emailed Jeff my order and that I wanted to pay with USPS money order of 6000 45 acp brass. He responded back with the price and I put it in the mail that day and let him know. Friday I received a box of 3000 and the other 3000 arrived Saturday.
The sorting and counting session went quick with 3 of us. The final count was 6005 usable 45, a few 9mm, and 20 40cal. It all cleaned up as good as new after depriming.
