For un-cleaned indoor range brass, the 1000 rounds can be handloaded as is, if cleaning brass is not your thing.
I sorted and bagged the brass by head stamp, choosing Speer brass for my initial handloading. I clean all brass before using, and the Speer once polished looks great.
