“I ordered two of these for a specific use. both were in good condition, both have the SAME NSN, However one has the Fold Out Clear Panel, the other does not and it is not damaged instead it has a Velcro tab to retain things in the pockets. As this was an integral part of why I wanted them I was somewhat disappointed.”
