“This ushanka is far better than any beanie I've had at keeping my head warm. The sizing was accurate and fits like a glove (for reference I got a 56cm circumference one). A cool little note is that the front where the badge is attached can clip down to form a sort of ad hoc cap which in my experience stays up surprisingly well. The inside has a few marks and stains, but that's to be expected from military surplus in general. My only complaints would be that it picks up fluff rather easily and the faux fur flaps can make your ears get a bit itchy after wearing for extended periods of time. But other than that, if you're looking for a small little piece of history that keeps your head warm, 10/10 would recommend.”
