“These were installed on a 1998 TJ. I had installed a tummy tuck skid plate and with the amount of axle roll the shock housing was hitting the axle housing. There are extenders to move the shock away from the axle out there. I believe this is a better ideadesign. First its Artec quality The thickness of the metal is 3 times that of stock shock mounts. Second it move the mount up and away from obstacles. Third its customizable I was able to move the shock further OUT to keep the shock also away from the exhaust tailpipe. Lastly but not at all the least is Artec technical support. I have many Artec part on my rig and EVERY TIME Ive needed guidance they are prompt polite and EXTREMELY informative. P.S. These mounts cost less than those flimsy extenders too”
“Doing an axle swap in the rear of my coilovered rock crawler. These brackets were a perfect fit for keeping the coilovers low on the axle so I didnt have to cut holes in the jeep tub to put the tops of the shocks in the passenger compartment. Excellent product easy to use.”
“These brackets are great. They helped lower my coilovers in the rear so I have a much lower rig. Only wish there was a way to make them work in the front on my dodge Dana 60”
“These work great for what I was needing to do. I would have liked them to be a little longer to give a little more space from the coil bucket on my TJ.”
“As with all their products Ive used the precision laser cuts and CNC breaks in each piece are flawless making fitup and welding on my end exponentially easier. I use their products on everything I can because of the quality design and craftsmanship works”
