“First of all the customer service is very good. Since I am about 30 minutes away from the facility I wanted to pick up the parts and take a look at operations. However work got in the way of the only day I could do that but the fine folks at Artec shipped it out immediately for me with no hiccups. The gussets were just as described. Beefy made in the U.S.A. and fit nicely. I would have done the front truss at the same time but time itself was at a premium but it is definitely my next mod.”
