“Superb craftsman shift fit and finish. I intended this for fifth gen 2013 4Runner but ended up using it on fourth gen 2004 Sports Edition. Since the frame is identical in both gens it fits perfectly which means this plate system works on any 2003-2021 Non-KDSS 4Runner. Customer service and technical support is second to none and great to work with. Outstanding value for unmatched quality. Hands down best in vehicle armor business.”

“I ordered this belly pan system for my Toyota and at the time of order It said Fits KDSS with minor trimming but turned out it doesnt fit even with trimming to allow the KDSS to operate at any range. Artec updated the description to Non-compatible after I called. I gave 2 stars not for quality of the product but for Support because I was offered refund after shipping this back but I had to find my own shipping options even though it wasnt my fault it didnt fit. Shipping options are all well above 300 and Artec did not want to help with finding carrier even though they could. Do not buy bulk items if you might have to return it”

I recieved my skid package in the mail and when i unboxed it i was blown away by the quality and craftsmanship of this set up. Just when i thought it couldnt get any better i started the install. Everything i mean everything lined up perfect. The install was not frustrating i didnt need to force anything. Thank you for taking pride in the products you put out i will be ordering from you in the future.”
“Well thought out and precision cut skids. Easy install that I managed to knock out in around 4 hours at a leisurely pace. If youre considering this kit then do yourself a favor and watch the install videos and notice how robust the hardware and brackets that tie the skids to the chassis are. Then go and watch install videos of competing skids. Instead of reusing lots of factory mounting points and M6 hardware the Artec skids sandwich the radiator support and cross member with grade 8 bolts. There really is no comparison. You might say that the price point is a bit high but honestly you get what you pay for. I look forward to not having to replace these in a few years. I really feel like these skids are gonna outlive my 4runner.”
