“I ordered an extension tube for my FreshRoast SR540 roaster through Artizan. However, I accidentally ordered the wrong one and it didn't fit my roaster. I emailed them about my goof and they responded quickly and then immediately took care of my issue by sending me the correct one even before I had a chance to return the one I ordered. I returned the one they shipped and they simply billed me for the difference, which I was happy to pay. Wonderful customer service!”
