I was facing lot of health issues before doing sky. I had a major side effects of medication and due to that my body got weak and I also had anxiety issues. I consulted so many Dr. For months and no body could give me the solution rather they were asking me to take more antidepressants but I choose to do sky I am so thankful for taking this decision. Sky helped to recover from anxiety and my health improved lot. With the sky I also listened lot of youtube knowledge video of shri shri they gave me lot of motivation and a correct thought process and knowledge of life. Thank you so much

I love that it is an active meditation. I feel more content, peaceful, and energized. I'm witnessing many wonderful positive changes in my life. My whole being feels expanded. I feel more connected to the Universe. It's easy to do, I begin my day with SKY, and the day goes smoothly. The teachings, videos are wonderful and have expanded my awareness. Little things don't bother me and the bigger things are working themselves out. I feel like I've come home.

My SKY experience was amazing and has truly changed my life. I am a pediatrician, wife and mother of a four year old so was looking for something to focus on my own well being. My SKY teachers were fantastic and the breathing easy to learn. I am now sleeping through the night, more calm, have more energy and positive vibes throughout. I stopped grinding my teeth at night!! I am connecting even more with my patients and am much more efficient and productive. I forwarded my experience to my hospital who was running a small pilot program. We all had positive results so much that I am thrilled today to say SKY is coming to our hospital for doctors, nurses and other medical professionals. I see this as a pivotal moment for not only our hospital, but beyond. Think...our breath is one thing that connects us ALL...no matter what age, sex or race. Our mind, body and breath are connected and in focusing on our breath we can begin to heal ourselves and then reach out to heal others. I hope to one day get this to my patients and families! What an amazing experience! Thank you

I am getting a little more comfortable with practicing SKY Breath Meditation every day. I started practicing almost every day since having taken the course in April, but I sometimes shortened the procedure when I didn't have enough time, but now I am taking time and do the whole breath meditation almost every day, I am doing better with timing and practicing it. I feel it helps to prepare for the meditation when I practice physical movements, "asana". I am trying to do it twice a week online with my friend's daughter who lives in Japan. I used to practice yoga more than 40 years ago and am starting all over again. I am glad I have been connected with SKY Breath Meditation and the people who are involved with this special meditation style. Thank you!

Well if you want to stability balance insight into yourself growth and to become a better person than you already are and we can all do better in the sky breathing is the Catalyst to all good things

The course and guides were phenomenal! It was really nice to connect with other participants from across the country and learn about this amazing journey. I’ve been doing a “40 day challenge” since completing the course and welcome my quiet breathing time with open arms every morning. Extremely grateful for the teaching and exercises we did during the course. Highly recommend this be taught in middle schools.
