excellent course. education on importance of deep breathing. practical and hands on approach. therapeutic and stress relief.

This was an incredible journey and Radhika Prabhu was phenomenal. I feel as though this has changed my life drastically. The time was beautifully spent and I learned so much about myself

I find the breath meditation helps me to reduce rooftop chatter and also accelerates my level of calmness and concentration.

I don’t suffer from high Blood pressure. However, a week out from starting the practice of sky breathing. I stepped on a very small piece of glass that I could have never gotten out without a visit to Urgent Care. This almost micro piece of glass was very painful & unable to put weight on the ball of my foot. As they checked my vitals I was surprised to see my Bp at 114/77 when I usually run 118-120/80. Let us not forget more restful sleep and more awareness in the moment. Best investment of 2021 for my health!

Though I did not have any specific objective behind my joining the course, now after practising SKY for over 50 days, I notice certain physiological benefits accruing to me. The first is BP coming Inder control. Body becoming lighter thus more energy and an inclination to work longer. I am able to go to bed much faster than I used to. The longer sleeps again makes me feel better and fresh. I feel I am cooler than before in handling situations.
