“Atelier is a very versatile paint with similarities to watercolour, standard acrylic and oils. I found it works best for me on a smooth surface, heavy weight paper ore primed board but not on used thinly on canvas. This is very personal assessment, I'm sure others will find it suits their working methods excellently.”
“I tend to only use Atelier paints in my artwork I like their buttery feel. The colours are pure and consistent. The only issue is occasional side or end splitting which can be a waste. The titanium white is a staple in my painting, it's pure white. I sometimes feel it's too strong for tinting so tend to use a tinting white. Overall I'm very happy with this product.”
