“As a professional artist I have a huge and very expensive counter-balanced studio easel. I bought the Mont Marte studio easel for working away from my studio, as it is relatively portable (it fits on the back seat of a car) and its specifications were excellent.
It's a good, sturdy easel. I worked on a 112cm x 137cm canvas for several months with no problems at all, the trigger action release system on the central column and the locking castors making it more positive and easy to manipulate than a great many more expensive studio easels.
Having given my original MM easel to my granddaughter I bought another one (there is no higher praise!) in Art Shed Online's sale, delivered quickly to the remote Mid North of SA with no problems at all. Thankyou.”
