Hi Amanda, I'm so sorry to hear that this product has not worked for you. There are some handy hints to using it, if you would like to give it another go. It is vital that you shake the pen really well until the fluid is 'blue' in colour. This ensures the masking component is being applied. The pen is available in two sizes, you have the 2mm for very fine detail, but we also have the 4mm available, and if it helps we also have an eraser that is designed to remove masking fluid. “By far the best masking fluid I have used. Effortless application and removal. It has never ripped or lifted my paper. The pen makes it so easy to control. The only downside is that the nib gets frayed after a lot of use. I find I have to purchase a new one once the pen is 3/4 empty. But the product doesn't go to waste, I just use the more frayed, old pens to fill in larger areas.”
