“I've been using this pen with watercolour paints to draw very fine lines. It's really easy to use , the watercolours need to be watered down and you just dip the nib of the pen in the colour and the spiral shape catches and holds the colour . It's great for swapping between colours as it's washed completely clean in water .
I'd read about this type of pen being invented to replace the quill in 1700's , and then for calligraphy in Japan ,”
