“It would seem that there is a scam being played on this site. I was looking for motorcycle insurance on behalf of my son, put in all of the requested information which generated a favourable quote, which because of my son's impatience we accepted and took out the insurance online.
When we received the documents i noticed that my son's date of birth was incorrect, i double checked the application which indeed showed the correct date of birth, however the company involved claimed that the incorrect details were submitted. I am unable to contest this as the link with the correct details became expired,, very convenient,,,.
This has cost us circa £60 and has resulted in the insurance policy being cancelled.
