Grumpy woman called me to provide my further details (driver licence and NI number) or my insurance would be cancelled in a few days. I was out wild camping in the beyond at the time. Managed to get them in time.....and then an email requiring the ncd......a week later. Too much hard work ! Would not use again.....should have gone to my last insurer. Update.....and it continues, another letter asking why my no claims bonus statement has a 6 month gap in it. Too much hassle.....not worth dealing with these people if you have a busy life ! Do yourselves a favour and jog on to another insurer. !! I bet this wont get published anywhere !

The cost of the insurance was good and at first I was very happy with my choice, when I payed for my insurance on the 25/6/16, however I got a letter on 8th of July, which was dated 2nd of July stating that my insurance would be cancelled in 14 days from the date at the top of the letter because they said they could not validate my license and needed the following information driving license number national insurance number post code on the license and obtain a DVLA check code as I got the letter on a Friday ,6 days after it was posted! I sent all the information including the check code for my license which is clean and I have held for over 30years , as I was so worried I also rang one call, all the information was checked including the check code to confirm my details, I was assured that every thing was fine and I would get an email to confirm that, I never got a email that assured me everything was now fine, but I did get a text and an email that said the same thing as the original letter threatening cancellation, so I ran one call again an was informed that I should not have got either text or email, and that my insurance was fine, and I would be sent an email to confirm this, it is now the 12/7/16 and I have still not had the promised email, I did contact them on facebook and got a reply to say there was nothing outstanding with my policy, which is hardly reassuring , I have to say that I have been really upset, by what can only be regarded as a horrible experience, that I would not wish on anyone, the call center staff I spoke to were very nice but neither of them kept their promise to send the email which would put my mind to rest, regards Julia
