“This is a very study table and I highly recommend it. It came with two missing bolts however- prompting a call to customer service. Ultimately - one replacement bolt was sent. I called again and was told to buy an m8 bolt myself and send in the receipt. The unit requires M6 screws not M8. The extra time spent could have been avoided by having the number of bolts needed to assemble the unit listed in the directions and then supplying sufficient quantity”

“The cart is good quality, however it was missing two screws to complete assembly. After pretty fair communication I received one screw, then was informed they were out of the screws and suggested I purchase locally and would be reimbursed. This wasn’t difficult to resolve.”
