“we bought this product to go with our 24" Breeo smokeless fire pit. Instead of trying the Breeo for the first time on our new concrete patio, I tried it on my driveway. Not surprisingly, the tar and chip under the firepit actually melted. Out of an abundance of caution I layered bricks, then a rubber heat-resistant mat, THEN the heatshield from Titan. After 1.5 hrs of hard burning, I could stick my hand directly underneath the Titan shield and the rubber heat shield below that was barely warm to the touch. We were very impressed! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was b/c my fire pit is round and not square and if we use landscape blocks to build a permanent enclosure around our Breeo, I don't know how to use this Titan heat shield.”
“The frame is well built, the AL diamond top plate is very thin and was damaged from shipping. The damage is a dent and I expect it to be mostly cosmetic. Will try to use it with the 24 in Breeo soon.”

“I am using this heat shield underneath my large smokeless fire pit on my composite Trex deck. The heat shield keeps the deck cool underneath the platform. Outside the borders of the heat shield, the deck is actually slightly warmer as the infrared heat from the fire pit slightly warms the decking. This product does exactly what I wanted it to do and I couldn't be more pleased.”
