“In fairness, they wanted me to review this product but winter snow and cold has set in the mid-west and our fire season is temp over. However, I can tell you that the product seems robust and is exactly like the description. The delivery was spot on & packaged nicely. I could see giving this 5 stars but let's see how the product holds up after a winter( tho product is covered with a grill cover) in the cold and snow. We have not actually use it yet to know if it helps to reflect heat away from the wood deck and reflects heat from the chimnea back to us. We ran into a small computer glitch that required 2 phone calls. My confirmation email receipt never arrived, not in mail and not in spam. The 2nd customer service person was most helpful, he actually did a manual send to my email and kept me on the phone to verify he was successful, it was. I had never heard of this company but I would order from them again if I needed something.”
“I’m quite happy with the quality of my heat shield platform. I do not believe there is a better product offered in the marketplace.
The company needs to work on their stated delivery date. I was provided 3 different dates for delivery. Each one pushed out further each time.”
