“Missing the support rods on both sides of one of the chairs I received. Can make it work with carriage bolts, but would prefer the designed pieces.”

“Chair was fair. It was missing 2 of the pins that stabilize it when opened up and customer support didn't seem interested in replacing them. I will find a pin myself but you would think they would have been more responsive.”
