“Started to show rust after two weeks. Had to sand it and paint with high temperature paint. Looks nice and is functional but I'm concerned about how long it will last.”

“The wagon wheel grate looks amazing out of the box. Great construction, unique look. Unfortunately after one week I had an excessive amount of surface rust that was bright orange, not the “patina” that would “form over time”. I was disappointed that reaching out led to no real discussion, just cut and paste answer from their support staff that would send one email early in the day. I like the look of the grate, so put in my own elbow grease and research online, as ash and ember were unwilling to help with any suggestions or ideas on what we could do to improve the outcome.”
