“I've been searching for a couple of years for a good value on a Santa Maria (Argentine style) wood fired grill with features like fire brick, adjustable vents, large diameter raise wheel, and easy clean out doors. I can say that this Titan Outdoors version met all my requirements and added a ton of really nice extras like slide out ash pans, stainless steel cooking grates, quick removable side shelves and large rubber caster wheels. I'm really impressed with the build quality with heavy gauge steel and a nice powder coated finish for the value that this offers. The cooking grate size works great for everything my wife and I want to cook. I'm going to be working on building a grill frame that will work for a rotisserie. Overall my first two steak cooks have been great. It certainly adds a new versatile option for searing and temperature adjustments on the fly. Highly Recommended!”

“I got obsessed with wood fire grills five years ago when I went over to a friend’s house for a cookout and he used a custom Santa Maria grill from AZ. I’ve had ceramic cookers, a Weber with a Santa Maria attachment; I had an elevating grate attachment to a Gaucho Argentinean grill as well. However, it was always an unsatisfying frankensteining of grills to get exactly what I wanted, or pay $5k for a custom one. Or settle for the barebones steel box they sell at that nation-wide bulk warehouse chain store.
Then I saw this one. Couldn’t believe it. Perfection. The elevating V-grates. The fat drip catcher. The ceramic bricks lining the firebox instead of the lazy steel boxes most Santa Maria grills come with. The air vent doors that can adjust the airflow. The easy pull out double ash tray catchers for simple clean ups. The perfectly large cooking area without being too large but large enough. The EASY lift-off side tables for easy storage. The large satisfying turning wheel that elevates the grate unlike many weebly ones. The large wheels to move it. The storage area underneath for my wood. I literally sold all my other grills except for a smoker after getting this. Titan knew the best aspects of all the different grills out there, put them all in one, and it’s like half the price, if not less, than comparable ones. I cannot recommend this enough. Been grilling 3 times a week.”
