“The product meets my expectations. When I placed the online order and had to call to check on it, the CS exceed my expectations. Polite, knowledgeable and the product was out the door the next day! Too bad FEDEX screwed up the delivery. It sat at the local FEDEX location for three days, even though each day FEDEX said it was out for delivery....”
