“I used 1 1/2" angle with two sets of plates. 1/4" for rimfire and 3/8" for centerfire. Very stable with good powder coating.”

“A fine base, easy to use and set up. The legs seem like overkill and am replacing them with steel sq. Tubing. Otherwise a fine base”
